Basant Maheswari's - The Thoughtful Investor

I am a true value investor and I bought this book to understand the insight of Growth investors like Mr.Basant on how they decide buying, holding and selling stocks.
Though I don't agree with most of his investing concepts, I felt one chapter was very useful and it is chapter 23: How Companies cook books of Accounts. This chapter again highlighted the importance of choosing companies paying regular dividend which is very much selection criteria of a value investor as well. This book is definitely going to be the guide for most of the growth stock followers and mutual fund managers and not for value investors.
